This group is for those who are involved in the healing arts or experiencing their intuition and would like a place to practice, develop boundaries, and spiritual discernment to support them in their work. Additionally, it is for those who are looking to restore their health or support others in doing so. I place high stock on participatory groups in which members feel accepted as they are and supported in moving forward in the ways they choose.
The purpose of this meetup group is to share the tools of meditation, yoga and qigong so we can all live in health, harmony and awareness. Each class includes an hour of gentle yoga, 15 minutes of either mindfulness or loving kindness meditation and 10 minutes of qigong energy work. You don't need any prior experience to attend these gatherings. They are open to everyone.
